  • Assume all risks: You accept full responsibility for the use of the vehicle, including any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during the rental period. Luxedrift is not liable for any damages, injuries, or issues related to the use of a rented vehicle.

4. Vehicle Owners & Rental Companies

If you are a vehicle owner or rental company listing your vehicles or services on Luxedrift, you agree to:

  • Assume responsibility: You are solely responsible for the vehicles you list and any associated risks, including theft, damage, loss, or misuse during a rental.
  • Ensure vehicle condition: It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition, meets safety requirements, and complies with applicable laws.
  • Limit liability: You agree not to hold Luxe Holding LLC, operating as Luxedrift, liable for any incidents related to vehicle theft, damage, or any other issues. You agree not to pursue legal action against Luxedrift for any disputes or liabilities arising from vehicle rentals.

5. No Warranty or Guarantee

Luxedrift does not guarantee:

  • Vehicle condition or availability: We provide a platform to connect clients with vehicle owners, but we do not guarantee the quality, condition, or availability of the vehicles listed.
  • Suitability for a specific purpose: Luxedrift does not guarantee that any vehicle will meet your specific needs or expectations.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for vehicle rentals are processed according to the terms set by the vehicle owners or rental companies. Luxedrift does not directly handle payments but may facilitate communication between clients and vehicle owners regarding payment matters. Any disputes over payment must be handled directly between the client and the vehicle owner or rental company.

7. Liability & Indemnification

By using Luxedrift’s services, you agree that:

  • Client liability: Clients assume full responsibility for the use of the vehicles and any accidents, injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during the rental period.
  • Vehicle owner liability: Vehicle owners and rental companies assume all responsibility for their vehicles and any claims, damages, or losses that may occur.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Holding LLC, operating as Luxedrift, its employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions that arise from your use of the vehicles or services provided by third parties.

8. No Liability for Third-Party Actions

Luxedrift is not responsible for the actions, services, or vehicles provided by third-party vehicle owners or rental companies. We do not assume any liability for the conduct of third parties, including any failure to provide vehicles, cancellations, or other issues related to the rental or chauffeur services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Holding LLC, operating as Luxedrift, is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services.
  • Any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles, whether you are the client or the vehicle owner.
  • Any cancellations or service disruptions caused by vehicle owners or rental companies.
